The COG is a two-level facility with six restaurant-style stations located in the John J. Hemmingson Center. Gonzaga students, faculty, staff and guests are all welcome to dine, socialize and explore our expanded dining options at the COG. Menus at each station change for breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as on a daily basis throughout the semester.

MIX: Build your perfect salad from 32 fresh ingredients, add sizzling proteins, enjoy a hearty vegan or classic soup, and grab some fresh bread on the side.

TWISTS: Create your own pasta bowl with rotating sauces and warm, cheesy breadsticks. Gluten-free pasta is always available.

DAILY BREAD: Made-to-order sandwiches, flatbreads, and toast, plus a grab-and-go pizza station with specialty pre-made options.

SPIKES: Our grill station is serving up juicy cheeseburgers and classic comfort favorites, made fresh just for you.

GROWN: Plant-based made easy: build your own flatbreads or try the rotating vegan entrée, packed with flavor and balanced nutrition.

SIMPLE SERVINGS: Delicious meals made without the top ten allergens—safe, satisfying, and ready for one and all to enjoy.

Don't have a meal plan? No problem! You can pay cash, debit, or credit at the door of the COG, in addition to Bulldog Bucks and swipes.
