Gifts from the Garden

Gourmet salads tossed-to-order for you. Fresh, local, produce, including house grown hydroponic lettuce, takes the stage for your custom creation. Elevate your creation with house made dressings including chipolte ranch to huckleberry vinaigrette. Or try our classic tossed Caesar salad, with house made croutons and fresh roasted chicken.

The Grill

Your favorite steakhouse marinated burger with a side of fries cooked right in front of your eyes. In addition, the grill will feature a host of daily specialty sandwiches.

Sandwiches

Classic deli sandwiches and wraps made to order, as you like it. Our deli meats, cheeses and vegetables are freshly sliced daily. 

Soups & Salads

Featuring soups, stews, chowders, chili and a salad bar with endless varieties of fresh mixed greens, vegetables, beans, croutons, and other toppings. Freshly baked breads and rolls always available.

Vegetarian & Vegan

The Marketplace offers delicious and healthy vegetarian or vegan options daily. Please ask the Resident Dining Manager or Executive Chef if you have any questions.

A tempting selection of sweets, including cakes, pies, cookies, puddings, and cobblers. Scratch baked pastries feature local Shepherd's Grain flour.
